TRIODE
The GI13BM (GI130M) triode is used in selfexcited oscillator circuits with no external feedback, operating in continuouswave or pulsed mode with anode modulation in the decimetric wavelength range.
The triode is available in two variants differing in the type of cooling: the GI13BM with a heat sink for forced air cooling and the GI130M with no heat sink for other systems of cooling.
